DMS STABILIZERS

DMS MagnusMaster

Electric rotor stabilization for low-speed cruising, on yachts up to 30 metres.

HOW IT WORKS

The power of the Magnus effect

The MagnusMaster uses the Magnus effect: a spinning rotor moving through water creates a lifting force. By controlling the speed and direction of the rotors, the system counteracts your yacht’s roll while cruising at 3 to 12 knots.

Above about 12 knots the rotors retract automatically, sitting close to the hull where they add minimal resistance. Fully electric, with no hydraulic pumps or pressure lines, the MagnusMaster suits both new builds and retrofits, usually without major changes to the engine room.
